S.L.Behl is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Founder of the Firm in 1978 in Dubai. Vasant Lad is a commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for over 25 years. He has been in Dubai for last 27 years. Prior to joining the firm as partner he gained tremendous industrial experience by working in commercial organisations operating in different segments of businesses. Due to his vast experience, he has amassed sound understanding of the clients' needs to enable the Firm to provide efficient and effective business solutions. With good communication and interpersonal skills, he has been instrumental in expanding the practice horizon of the Firm considerably in a span of little over ten years since he joined the Firm. He is acknowledged by the clients as an expert in company formation, advice on entry strategy, liquidations, evaluation and setting up of accounting system and controls, management audits and conducting project and feasibility studies.

Waleed AI Sayegh is an UAE national with MBA and post graduation degrees in Accounting. He has been in the profession for over 15 years. His special strengths are thorough understanding and knowledge of the local and the Middle East corporate and labour laws. He specialises in management consultancy, company formation, and consultation on labour laws. He is also among the few Court Auditors approved by the local courts and represents clients in litigation cases.
